Holistic Movement Yoga

Fridays 9:30am – beginning in September

Carrie offers a yoga practice that weaves together movement to support healthy postural alignment, core function, and pelvic health. This ‘feel good’ flow gives you space to let go of tension, increase body awareness, and build strength from the inside out.
Take time to nourish your mind, body, and soul. This is a female body-focused practice and open to all levels.  

Please have your own yoga mat to use for the practice.  If you need any modifications for the practice, please inform Carrie before the start of class. (Registration is directly through Holistic Movement.)

In-person at The Village (915 Haddon Ave, Collingswood) (class size is limited and mask wearing is optional)

$17 per in-person class or 5 Class Pass for $75

Virtual via Zoom (You’ll receive the zoom link via email after registration.)

$12 per virtual class or 5 Class Pass for $50

Ohm Grown Yoga, Collingswood

A slower paced flow that focuses on alignment, breath, focal points, and modifications to make the poses more accessible. A great option for those that are new to the practice. Open to all.  Registration is through Ohm Grown Yoga.

Prenatal Yoga

Sundays at 11am

The Village, Collingswood

Our prenatal yoga morning class is designed to stabilize, strengthen, and connect you to your body + baby through movement, breath-work and meditation. I provide a safe practice that supports the physical + emotional changes along with creating a community with others. Class is beginner-friendly and for all stages of pregnancy.

Class size is limited. Mask wearing is optional. It is encouraged to bring your own yoga mat . Pre-reg required – through The Village.  Class is 70min.

Prenatal Workshop:
‘Labor of Love’ Childbirth Prep for Couples

Offered Monthly
The Village, Collingswood NJ

This informative, hands-on workshop will prepare you & your partner for labor & birth. Gain a deeper understanding of the labor process, practice supportive movement & breath-work, and apply comfort/relaxation techniques. This workshop will help you establish individual goals and decision-making to promote a positive, supportive, and empowering birthing environment.

The workshop is led by Joy Skow (DONA Birth Doula & Childbirth Educator) & Carrie Randazzo (Prenatal/Postpartum CMT, RYT, CES.)

Yoga for Pelvic Floor Workshop:
A Therapeutic Practice for Female Bodies

The pelvic floor muscles work as our deep core muscles from the ground up. This foundation supports the function of our pelvic organs, digestive system, and overall posture. A healthy, supple, and stable pelvic floor can bring more ease and energy to our bodies both on and off the mat.

During this informative and therapeutic workshop, Carrie will guide you through a practice to bring awareness to the pelvic floor. Through breath-work and movement, you’ll explore healthy pelvic alignment, tension release, and stabilization. This practice will influence your overall yoga practice and provide a valuable connection to your everyday movement and lifestyle patterns. This workshop is designed for those with female anatomy and is open to all yoga levels.

Core & Pelvic Floor Support

Understanding posture, core & pelvic floor function can have a profound impact on lessening back pain, healing the core and pelvic floor muscles, and providing overall stability and strength. Learn simple yet extremely effective ‘exercises’ that lay the foundation for everyday movement & fitness post-pregnancy. This workshop is designed for postpartum people at any stage and those that are currently pregnant (or planning.)

In partnership with Camden County Parks, join me every Wednesday 9:30am (weather permitting) throughout the summer.  

Classes are open to all, beginner-friendly, and free.  Bring your mat, water, and join us on the river!
