Women’s Book Study One-Night Event:
‘The Gifts of Imperfection’
Do you find yourself yearning for change; to develop self compassion, and mentally give yourself a break?
In this book study group, we’ll dive deep into the book, “The Gifts of Imperfection,’ by Brene’ Brown. Liz will provide guidance as we explore the concepts from the book such as: vulnerability, authenticity, worthiness, self-love, and a sense of belonging. This group is designed to fit into the busy lifestyle of women who are seeking self-growth, but don’t have time to go on a retreat or take a weekly workshop.
Over the course of 5 weeks (beginning Monday, April 11th), you will receive a weekly email that offers you the opportunity to read assigned chapters and related journaling prompts to help you reflect on how these concepts show up in your own life and how to change your mindset to one of self acceptance, self love, and self compassion. At the close of our reading, we will come together for a one-night discussion of the book, your experiences, and tools to implement these concepts in your life to make real, lasting change.
The weekly emails will be delivered to your inbox starting Monday, April 11th to provide accountability to keep you on track to allow personal exploration within this book study.
(We will be using the 10th anniversary edition for the book study and we encourage participants to purchase the book in advance.)
