Registration open until April 2nd!

Pregnancy is a transformational journey. For the pregnant person, the physical changes are visible to the outside world, yet we also must acknowledge the changes that occur internally as well.  It is common for people to take a deeper look within themselves, their relationships, their beliefs, and the world around them during this stage of life.

Practicing prenatal yoga can bring guidance and support for one’s mind, body, and spiritual wellbeing.  As a prenatal yoga teacher, you are a guide that helps others to develop their innate skills of empowerment, acceptance, and strength. You are an inspirational presence that fosters a supportive community through yoga and birth education.

During this training, you will gain the knowledge and confidence to safely guide pregnant people through the beautiful and healing gifts of yoga.  Throughout this process, you will experience your own transformation which will help you lead from your heart and with immense gratitude.  Let’s explore what yoga has to offer us through pregnancy, parenthood, and beyond.
