Virtual Women’s Group:
Introduction to Self Compassion w/ Liz Curran

Get cozy in your own home and join us for this supportive and empowering women’s group held virtually via zoom.  The program will be led by Liz Curran from Health Navigators and facilitated by Carrie Randazzo from Holistic Movement

Inspired by the works of self-compassionate experts like Kristin Neff and Brene’ Brown, this 6-week program is designed to guide you to cultivate a deeper sense of self-compassion to build self-esteem and stronger relationships.

The power of the group dynamic will provide both accountability and support to apply the strategies needed to empower you to chart your course for a destination of self-love and compassion.

Course Work & Materials: Each week we will discuss pre-assigned readings, meditations, and/or exercises.  Plan to dedicate approx. an additional hour outside of our group to do the work.  We will include text and exercises  from the book, “Self-Love Workbook for WomenL Release Self-Doubt, Build Self-Compassion, and Embrace Who You Are” by Megan Logan MSW LCSW (can be purchased on amazon for $10-$20)

Group Topics include: What is Self-Compassion, Releasing Self-Doubt, Building Self-Worth, Healing Relationships, Embracing Who You Are

To cultivate an open, trusting and confidential dialogue among the group, this program will include no more than 8 participants.  A minimum of 4 to run the series.

The pelvic floor muscles work as our deep core muscles from the ground up. This foundation supports the function of our pelvic organs, digestive system, and overall posture. A healthy, supple, and stable pelvic floor can bring more ease and energy to our bodies both on and off the mat.

During this informative and therapeutic workshop, Carrie will guide you through a practice to bring awareness to the pelvic floor. Through breath-work and movement, you’ll explore healthy pelvic alignment, tension release, and stabilization. This practice will influence your overall yoga practice and provide a valuable connection to your everyday movement and lifestyle patterns. Virtual Yoga for All

Fridays 9:30am

During the winter weeks, join Carrie Friday mornings at 9:30am. The class is open to all and beginner-friendly. Roll out your mat (or any supportive surface) and join in for this feel-good flow. Other suggested props: yoga blocks, blanket/towel, and strap. If you need any modifications for the practice, please inform Carrie before the start of class. You’ll receive the zoom link via email after registration. $10 per class.

Our prenatal yoga classes are designed for all stages of pregnancy. Through movement, breath-work + meditation, we provide a safe practice that supports the physical and emotional changes along with creating a community with others that are on the journey to parenthood. Class is beginner-friendly.

As part of our safety protocol, class size is limited. It is encouraged to bring your own yoga mat and optional props.

Practice labor positioning, breath-work, and relaxation techniques to ease the body + mind. We will use a birth ball to create space within the pelvis for mom + baby and move through one’s own intuitive body rhythm. For prenatal (all trimesters) women Not partner-based. This informative, hands-on workshop will prepare you & your partner for labor & birth. Gain a deeper understanding of the labor process, practice supportive movement & breath-work, and apply comfort/relaxation techniques. This workshop will help you establish individual goals and decision-making to promote a positive, supportive, and empowering birthing environment.
