Our weekly live-stream classes offer a variety of styles for everyone with a focus on mind and body wellness. You can register for individual live-stream classes or with your monthly membership to our Video on Demand (VOD) Library; you’ll have full access to practice live-stream recordings at any time! (VOD Library also gives access to our specialized classes that are not offered for live-stream.) Our live-stream classes include:

When registered for live-stream class:

  • You’ll receive an automated email from Mindbody up to 30 minutes before class.
  • Please be sure to have your Mindbody login/password that you use for Holistic Movement (aka HoliMomma) classes.
  • For computer users- you’ll be prompted to download Mindbody live app before your first class.
  • For phone/tablet users- Safari is the recommended browser.

With your monthly membership, you’ll have access to VOD at any time! Classes are displayed by date, style, and length of time. Simply pick a class that works for you and practice a recorded live-stream class or choose from our VOD specialized classes. You'll have 24-hour access to both. New live stream recordings will be added weekly, and new VOD specialized classes will be added monthly.

Most of our VOD women-focused classes vary from 15-45 minutes for each practice. It's a great way to weave in a dose of wellness when your short on time or you can combine several classes together and make it your mini at-home wellness retreat!

TIPS TO MAKE IT YOUR TIME

Find a space to set up your mat (or any surface that will be supportive of your joints.) Consider a space that is not distracting (clear away clutter and limit noise.)

Consider yoga props or substitutions.

Diffuse your favorite essential oil.

Schedule the time or squeeze it in when possible. Pick what works for you.

Commit to your time on the mat. A home practice takes a different type of focus. Value it. Put everything aside for now and be present. When it’s time to step back into the world, we do so with fresh eyes after a dose of self-care!

Journaling after class is a great way to connect to the full of experience of you – it’s like secret love letters to your soul.

YOGA PROPS + SUBSTITUTIONS

While props aren’t absolutely necessary for practicing yoga, it can make the experience more accessible and overall more fulfilling.

YOGA MAT
The purpose of the yoga mat is to provide a safe, non-slip surface with supportive cushioning. Another surface such as carpet or non-slip pad is sufficient as long as it’s giving you the support you need for your joints and balance.

YOGA BLOCKS
If the block is providing support for the hands in a standing posture, a surface like a low table, chair, stool, thick books may suffice. Yoga blocks bring the ground up to us – creating better alignment!

YOGA STRAP
A yoga strap can definitely be replaced by a necktie, scarf, robe tie, or towel.

YOGA BLANKETS
A blanket can be used to provide warmth. It can also be used for a sitting prop under your hips or to support the knees. A regular blanket or towel will usually also be fine.

YOGA BOLSTER
A handful of blankets can be folded up. Occasionally a couch cushion or pillows bound together in a towel will work too. You want the mock bolster to be somewhat firm to support you.

ADDITIONAL PROPS
A folding chair can be a great addition to your practice! It gives wonderful support for balancing poses and supported stretches with proper alignment. A wall close by is great too for balance and support. An eye pillow or anything to cover the eyes is lovely to deepen the state of relaxation.
