Yoga and meditation can have a profound effect on supporting women’s health and well-being. Our holistic movement classes give space for all women to embrace the ever-changing cycles throughout life’s journey.
Taking a therapeutic approach to mind, body, and emotional health, we offer a variety of styles from easeful movement to release stress and tension to energizing classes that awaken and build strength. Our classes are open to all levels of experience.

Simply pick a class that works for you and practice a recorded live-stream class or choose from our VOD specialized classes. You'll have 24-hour access to both.
