Yoga and meditation can have a profound effect on supporting women’s health and well-being. Our holistic movement classes give space for all women to embrace the ever-changing cycles throughout life’s journey.

Taking a therapeutic approach to mind, body, and emotional health, we offer a variety of styles from easeful movement to release stress and tension to energizing classes that awaken and build strength. Our classes are open to all levels of experience.

With a monthly membership, you’ll have access to VOD at any time! Classes will be displayed by date, style, and length of time. Simply pick a class that works for you and practice a recorded live-stream class or choose from our VOD specialized classes. You will have 24-hour access to both. New VOD specialized classes will be added monthly.

Most of our VOD women-focused classes vary from 15-45 minutes for each practice. It's a great way to weave in a dose of wellness when your short on time or you can combine several classes together and make it your mini at-home wellness retreat!
