Movement, meditation, therapeutic massage, and bodywork can have a profound effect on supporting women’s health and well-being. My holistic approach to both one-to-one sessions and group offerings give space for all women to heal, nourish, and embrace the ever-changing cycles through life.

Massage Therapy

Our therapeutic massage and bodywork sessions are tailored to each woman’s specific needs. Sessions can incorporate an array of modalities such as effleurage, deep-tissue, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, passive stretching, and guided meditation.

Therapeutic massage for women has numerous benefits for overall well-being. Research studies have shown that regular massage and bodywork can help alleviate muscular tension, poor posture, fatigue, stress, anxiety, headache symptoms, hormonal imbalance, digestive and circulatory issues. The use of essential oils and steamed towels (both optional) are incorporated to deepen the state of relaxation.

Based in Southern New Jersey and the Philadelphia area, I offer a variety of classes and workshops for women’s wellness. The schedule page provides current offerings with class/workshop descriptions along with online registration. In addition, I offer yoga and wellness services for private groups such as friends and family gatherings, community, and corporate events.

One-to-One

INSTRUCTION

One-to-one instruction for women offers time and personalized attention to explore one’s individual needs. I blend my modalities of bodywork, yoga, meditation, and corrective exercise. In-person sessions along with virtual and specialized videos are available. Specialties include:

  • Mind and body wellness for stress and anxiety
  • Pelvic health
  • Women’s cycle: fertility, PMS, peri/menopausal
  • Corrective exercise for back, pelvic floor, and core support

One-to-one sessions are offered in Collingswood, NJ. In-home options are available, depending on location.

We take a holistic approach to pregnancy and motherhood. We offer a variety of services that are supportive, therapeutic, and nurturing for all stages of pregnancy and beyond. It’s an opportunity to create space, cultivate ease, and build inner and outer strength.
