Yoga, meditation, and postural movement training can have a profound effect on supporting female health and well-being. My holistic approach to both one-to-one sessions and group offerings give space for us to heal, nourish, and embrace the ever-changing cycles through life.

Group Classes


Based in Southern New Jersey and the Philadelphia area, I offer a variety of classes and workshops. Some courses, classes, and trainings are geared towards all while other offerings are very specific to certain stages of female health.  The schedule page provides current offerings with class/workshop descriptions along with online registration. In addition, I offer yoga and wellness services for private groups such as friends and family gatherings, community, and corporate events.

One-to-One Instruction

One-to-one instruction offers time and personalized attention to explore individual needs. I blend my modalities of bodywork, yoga, meditation, and corrective exercise. In-person sessions along with virtual and specialized videos are available. Specialties include:

  • Mind and body wellness for stress and anxiety
  • Pelvic health
  • Women’s cycle: fertility, PMS, peri/menopausal
  • Corrective exercise for back, pelvic floor, and core support

One-to-one sessions are offered in Collingswood, NJ. In-home/office options are available, depending on location.

Pregnancy & Postpartum

We take a holistic approach to pregnancy and parenthood. We offer a variety of services that are supportive, therapeutic, and nurturing for all stages of pregnancy and beyond. It’s an opportunity to create space, cultivate ease, and build inner and outer strength.
